Monthly Copay Club
We see uninsured, underinsured and insured patients.
Many low-income patients, despite the fact they have insurance, come to WelcomeHealth because they cannot afford to see a medical provider elsewhere. Their access to necessary healthcare is restricted because they cannot afford office co-pays or meet their annual deductibles.
If patients meet our low-income eligibility requirements, we see them regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. We believe a healthy community is a thriving community; therefore, we are a stepping stone to better health for our most vulnerable neighbors for the betterment of our entire community.
Co-pay expenses range from $10 to $60.
Some of our patients live from month to month, have essential costs, such as rent, utilities and food, and do not have any spare money to pay for their office co-pays. Insurance companies require us to collect co-pays from our patients. However, we want to continue to be free for our patients and not burden them with decisions to seek care based on whether or not they can afford their co-pays.
We are reaching out to you for support of our Copay Club and appreciate your consideration in helping your neighbors in need.
Should you decide to schedule a time to visit us or come in for a tour, contact Brittney Gulley, Director of Development at (479) 444-6033 or bgulley@welcomehealthnwa.org.
