  • WelcomeHealth offers free medical and dental services to qualified patients. Unlike other clinics, we are dedicated to providing affordable, high—quality care, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Our highly trained team of healthcare professionals focuses on patient well-being and continuity of care to ensure the best outcomes.  

  • To qualify for our free services, your household income must be at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. We provide care regardless of your insurance status or ability to pay.

  • Yes, WelcomeHealth accepts most private insurance plans and Medicaid. We’re committed to providing accessible healthcare to everyone, whether insured or uninsured. Contact us to confirm if we accept your specific insurance.  

  • WelcomeHealth operates solely through the generous support of foundations, corporations, civic organizations, churches, individual donors, and special events. Unlike government-funded clinics, our annual operational expenses are covered by our local community, allowing us to provide free medical and dental care to qualifying patients.  

  • For New Patients: Missing your first appointment will result in disqualification from future appointments.

    For Established Patients: Missing four appointments in one calendar year will result in permanent dismissal from our clinic.  

  • Canceling an appointment at WelcomeHealth is simple:

    • Same-Day Cancellations: Appointments can be canceled up to the appointment time without penalties.

    • For Dental Appointments: Our dental extraction clinic operates every Thursday from 5-8p.m.
