Monika has been the Executive Director since 2002.

Prior to that she served on the board of directors and as a consultant. During her 23 years, she helped expand clinic services and programs to provide access to health and dental care for low-income residents of Northwest Arkansas. She is a University of Arkansas graduate and worked in education before joining the non-profit world.
