Monika Fischer-Massie, Executive Director

Monika has been the Executive Director since 2002.

Prior to that she served on the board of directors and as a consultant. During her 22 years, she helped expand clinic services and programs to provide access to health and dental care for low-income residents of Northwest Arkansas. She is a University of Arkansas graduate and worked in education prior to joining the non-profit world.
